Funeral services for Kathy Jane Hillhouse, age 45, of Brownwood, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 9, at the Netherton Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Dave Fair officiating. Interment will follow at Eastlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Netherton Funeral Home & Cremations. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Mrs. Hillhouse passed away Tuesday morning at a local nursing home.
Kathy was born October 25, 1964 in Midland, Texas, the daughter of the late Allen Ray and Betty (Tubbs) Leonard. She attended church at Brownwood Evangelism Center. Kathy married Wesley Hillhouse on December 4, 1992 in Brownwood and was a homemaker.
She is survived her husband, Wesley Hillhouse of Brownwood; son, Jerry Leonard of Brownwood; daughter, Jessica Walston of Brownwood; brothers, Ricky Minica of Mullin and Mitchell Leonard of Brownwood; sisters, Debbie McFarland of San Antonio and Becky McCreary of Magnolia Arkansas and one grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Allen and Betty Leonard.
