Four Felons Plead Guilty: 3 Drug cases & 1 Organized Crime case

District Attorney Micheal Murray says that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis, presiding.

Regen Junea Rodden, pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to Twenty (20) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Rodden, pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to Ten (10) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice,Institutional Division.  Rodden, also pled guilty to two separate felony offenses of Delivery of Marihuana-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to Five (5) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Rodden pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Delivery of Marihuana and was sentenced to Two (2) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

David Dwayne Morgan, pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to Eight (8) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Dustin Vaught, pled guilty to the felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity-Assault and was sentenced to Eighteen (18) Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

John Paul Solis, pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to Twelve (12) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
