District Attorney Micheal Murray’s office released the Grand Jury indictments from its March 2010 session. 61 indictments were returned against 52 individuals.
The District Attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk and a file marked copy of the Grand Jury Report has been returned.
The District Attorney’s office also does not release names of Defendants who have been indicted by a Grand Jury but not yet arrested because of an indictment being sealed until the time of arrest.

- Faustino Ray Ortega: Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon
- Angela Dawn Baca: Injury to an Elderly Individual
- Amber Dawn Beam: Tamper With or Fabricating of Physical Evidence, and CT. 1-2: Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone, and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone.
- Jessie Wayne Crouch, II: Possession of a Controlled Substance Repeat/Habitual Offender
