The Brownwood Lady Lions soccer team was knocked out of the playoffs Thursday night by Abilene Cooper ending their season.

The Lady Cougars beat Brownwood 3-2 after a shootout to win the Region I-4A sectional playoff game in Abilene.

The 2 teams fought to a 2-2 tie in the first 90 minutes of the game, and neither team was able to break the tie during the 2, 10-minute overtime periods

Brownwood ends their season with an overall record of 4-13-1.  Congratulations to the Lady Lions on a great season.
