District Attorney Micheal Murray’s office released the Grand Jury indictments from its February 2010 session. 42 indictments were returned against 30 individuals.
The District Attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerks and a file marked copy of the Grand Jury Report has been returned.
The District Attorney’s office also does not release names of Defendants who have been indicted by a Grand Jury but not yet arrested because of an indictment being sealed until the time of arrest.

- Mario Rios Tobias, Jr.: Driving While Intoxicated With Child Passenger
- Marco Antonio Castillo: Burglary of a Habitation
- Dusty James Regino: Burglary of a Habitation
- Theron Dale Hutchens: Assault – Occlusion and Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone
- Jefferson Lynn Powell: Driving While Intoxicated
- Kevin Ray Allen: Intoxicated Assault
- Dale Wayne Holleman: Driving While Intoxicated Repeat/Habitual Offender
