Brownwood Police arrested 17-year-old Stetson Kelley on Monday evening on several drug charges after a traffic stop by Officer Johnson.

The police report states that the traffic stop was initiated in the 2400 block of Austin Ave in Brownwood for failure to signal a right turn.  The officer notes in the report that the driver seemed nervous and his hands were shaking.  Both men consented to a search according to the report which yielding over 5 grams of marijuana, a marijuana pipe, and some pills from Kelley’s person and a marijuana bong inside the vehicle.

Kelley was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana in a Drug Free Zone, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Dangerous Drug.
