IMG_6075Brownwood Regional Medical Healthy Woman members will be answering the call from Corinne T Smith Animal Center this Valentine’s Day and would like to extend an invitation to you.

For the past few weeks, BRMC Marketing Director, Rae Ransier, has seen the call for community volunteers from Corinne T Smith several times in the local news.  After a call to Corinne T Smith; the first Healthy Woman and Corinne T Smith Volunteer Day was born.  “Who wouldn’t want to spend such a great day with sweet dogs and cats,” stated Ransier.  “Even if you have a date, bring them along and lend a hand for an hour or two.”

Healthy Woman will be at the Animal Center on Valentine’s Day which is Sunday, February 14th from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM.  “We’ll be lending a hand walking dogs and playing with cats; along with whatever else they need our assistance with.  Who knows, someone may go home with a new Valentine’s Day gift,” Ransier said.

This event is not limited to Healthy Woman members.  Healthy Woman would like to encourage anyone who would like to participate in the event to come out learn more about their local animal center and view the beautiful new facility.
