Funeral Services for Johnny Lee McBride “Beloved Brother” age 65, of Odessa, Texas will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday, February 8, 2010 at Heartland Funeral Home Chapel in Early, Texas.  Interment will follow at the May Cemetery.  He passed away Thursday, February 4, 2010 at his residence in Odessa.

Johnny Lee was born on August 23, 1944 in May, Texas to Stanley K. and Camilla Smith McBride Sr. He graduated from Odessa High School, attended Odessa Junior College and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era. Mr. McBride had been a resident of the Odessa area for the majority of his life and owned the D & M Machine Shop.

Sisters:             Mae Claire McCoard of Arlington, Texas

Nelda Holman of Midland, Texas

 

Nephews:        Richard Lynch of Plano, Texas

Monte Lynch of Arlington, Texas

Niece:              Shannon Kizer of Midland, Texas

Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Barbara Joy McBride.
