Grand Jury Indictments for December 2009

District Attorney Micheal Murray’s office released the Grand Jury indictments from its December 2009 session.  51 indictments were returned against 44 individuals.

The District Attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerks and a file marked copy of the Grand Jury Report has been returned.

The District Attorney’s office also does not release names of Defendants who have been indicted by a Grand Jury but not yet arrested because of an indictment being sealed until the time of arrest.

Below is the list of individuals with indictments from the Grand Jury’s December session.

  • Joshua Nickerson: Possession of Marijuana
  • Daniel Gomez Vasquez: Driving While Intoxicated with Child Passenger
  • Catarino Rivera, Jr.: Driving While Intoxicated
  • Patricia Kay Barnett: Driving While Intoxicated
  • Luke Reece Hopkins: Evading Arrest
  • Stanley Moses Skinner: Assault-Occlusion
  • Teresa Rochelle Freeman: Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Theron Dale Hutchens: Possession of a Controlled Substance & Tamper with or Fabricate Physical Evidence
  • Brad Lee Mays: Assault Family Violence Enhanced
  • Doyle Wayne McLeroy, Jr.: Tampering or Fabrication Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair/Repeat Offender
  • Terrance Lynn Maxey: Theft over $1500 under $20,000
  • Alan James Maxey: Theft over $1500 under $20,000
  • Diana Lynn  Nelson: Theft – Enhanced
  • Jesse David Deleon: Evading Arrest
  • Kristen Elaine Keith: Theft over $1500 under $20,000
  • Candace Ann McNeal: Abandoning or Endangering a Child
  • Felix Prieto Toro: Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon
  • Kalen Strickland: Two Counts Abandoning or Endangering a Child
  • Kimberly Nicole Baker: Two Counts Abandoning or Endangering a Child
  • Brittani Lee Peel: Assault Against Public Servant
  • Randy Allen Alexander: Injury to an Elderly Individual Repeat Offender
  • Jose Leon Martinez AKA Juan Martinez Canada: Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon
  • Deaun Long Dalton: Driving While Intoxicated
  • Jeffrey Lee Schafer: Evading Arrest
  • Martin D. Fallon III: Theft over $1500 under $20,000 – Aggravated
