Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of a possible burglary in progress Sunday at the Lady Luck Game-room at Thunderbird Bay. 

Deputy John Fincher said that deputies were dispateched to the area and soon identified a vehicle from the reported location and detained it.  Upon a search of the vehicle, deputies found three 500mg tablets of acetaminophen/hydrocodone along with a multi-colored marijuana pipe with marijuana residue present.

20-year-old Timothy Gunnaway of San Antonio was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Greater than or equal to 1 gram but less than 4 grams.   20-year-old Taylor Wayne Rushing also from San Antonio was arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance.  Both are being held in the Brown County Jail as of Monday morning.

Fincher said that the investigation in continuing.

In unrelated cases, the Sheriff’s office made the following arrestes according to Brown County Jail Records:

-Patrick Gerard Boutelle, 22, of Brownwood was arrested on Sunday and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Public Intoxication.  Boutelle was released on a total $10,500 bond.

-Candi Nicole Squyres, 21, of Brownwood was arrested Friday and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.  As of Monday monring, Squyres was still being held in Brown County jail on $15,000 bond.
