Excitement Builds for Christmas Under the Stars Festival – Full Event List

christmasfestivalExcitement is building in the community for Brownwood’s first ever Christmas Under the Stars Festival coming December 4th & 5th.

The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce has been working hard for the last year to get ready for this event that will include holiday fun and celebration for everyone.

The Festival will take place on Friday December 4th 7pm-10pm (following the Southside Church Lighted Christmas Parade) and Saturday December 5th from 5pm-10pm.  It will be held in a three block area around the Depot, Lehnis Transportation Museum, and the area behind the Red Cross Building on E. Adams.

Please note that there is no admission fee into the festival and specific activities will be either no cost or low cost.

Here is a rundown of attractions and locations:

Depot Plaza

  • CASA Christmas Tree Forest & Silent Stocking Auction (inside Depot)
  • “Road to Bethlehem” live nativity by Aldersgate Enrichment Center
  • Character Cut-outs for pictures
