With Thanksgiving just a week away and Christmas around the corner, those with school age children will be making travel plans around the area school’s holiday calendar.

Many schools have similar holiday calendar’s, but there are a few differences.  Most notably is that Early will be out of school the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.

Below are the complete holiday school schedules for Brownwood ISD and Early ISD.

Brownwood

• November 25: Early Release
• November 26-27: Thanksgiving Holidays
• December 18: Early Release
• December 21- January 1: Christmas Holidays
• January 4: Staff Development/Student Holiday

Early

• November 24: Early Release, 1:00 pm
• November 25-27: Thanksgiving Holidays
• December 18: Early Release, 1:00 pm
• December 21 – January 1: Christmas Holidays
• January 4: Teacher Workday/Student Holiday
