Fit by Faith will host their Huff & Puff Before You Stuff Thanksgiving Workout on the morning of Thanksgiving. Those interested are encouraged to work out with others at the gym before your Thanksgiving meal!
The workout is for beginner or advanced and will hopefully leave participants with plenty of room for that meal!
The event kicks off Thursday, November 26th from 8:00am – 9:00am and no childcare will be available.
