Announcement from the Bereaved Parents Support Group:

The Bereaved Parents Support Group will meet on Tuesday, November 17, 2009, at 7pm inside Heartland Mall (in courtyard in front of JC Pennys) to decorate our Angel Memorial Tree.

Our Angel Tree is placed there every year to honor all of our children and loved ones who have died.  The angel tree remains there in the mall from now through the holiday season, so that everyone has a chance to go by and spend a moment with your loved one.  We urge every family member who has an angel on the Angel Tree to come and hang their ornament and prepare for our Candlelight memorial Service that is held on the Second Sunday in December to honor all loved ones who have died.

There is no formal meeting this month, but we gather to talk, share and just visit with others who are traveling the same journey of grief.  If anyone would like to add an angel to the tree, simply call and one will be added with no charge to you.  If you would like to add a picture of your angel, call and we will get your information to scan the picture and turn it to you.  These meeting are open to all family members who are affected by the death of a loved one.  For more information, contact La Freda Kilburn 325-752-6025
