On Thursday, the Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting for one of their newest members, STS Motorcoaches.
STS Motorcoaches is the only charter bus provider within 85 miles of Brownwood, and they offer well-equipped 57-passenger coaches for nationwide travel needs. Their buses have television screens, DVD players, P.A. systems and deluxe seating.
STS also manages the buses for the Brownwood Independent School District.
Deputy Superintendent of BISD Kevin Gabaree was at the ribbon cutting and said, “We have had a great start with our relationship with STS. They manage our district buses and each time one of these buses goes out that is not a BISD event, the district benefits by 7.5% of that cost.”
