The Brownwood Lady Lions Golf Team had a beautiful day for golf on Tuesday as the girls played in San Angelo at Riverside Hills Golf Course. The team finished in 2nd place shooting 376 behind Snyder, who shot 361.
Courtney Munson had another personal record round, firing an 82 which forced a playoff with Snyder’s number one player, Samantha Edwards, who also shot 82. The sudden death playoff only lasted one hole with Munson winning with a par. This was Courtney’s first playoff and she handled it like a pro. Coach Laura Martin said, “I am so proud of all the girls and I am looking forward to our spring season.”
