The Brownwood Lions hosted a special pep rally on Wednesday night at Gordon Wood stadium to build some excitement for players and fans.

With band music, cheers, dancing and encouragement from the coaches and other player, the Lady Lions Volleyball team & the Brownwood Lions Football team were showing their team spirit.

Coach Sam Skidmore gave a pep talk to the football players players and said, “I want you to go out Friday night and play 48 minutes as hard as you possibly can. Give it everything you’ve got with intensity and effort, and at the end of the game if we score more points than them, we’ll win.”

The Brownwood Lions play the Manor Mustangs at Manor on Friday night with kickoff at 7:30pm.  This will be the last game before district play starts for the Lions.
