Wylie beat the Brownwood Lady Lions volleyball team in Tuesday’s matchup in Wylie.

The Lady Lions started strong leading at some point in all three games, but Wylie rallied and took the win with scores of 25-14, 25-23, 25-23.

This gives the Lady Lions their first district loss in two seasons and giving them a 1-1 district record this season.

Brownwood faces Breckenridge in their next district 2-3A matchup at 6pm on October 2nd.

Other upcoming opponants in October are Graham, Sweetwater, and Abilene Wylie once again.
