Day2articlepicThe 9th Annual Brownwood Reunion Celebration had its biggest day yet on Saturday as many of the events and competitions got into full swing.

The day kicked off with the Locomotion 5K Run and walk with a record crowd turning out this year.

From there the focus of the morning turned to the Feels Like Home Parade and the Children’s Parade.

Other events and attractions running on Saturday included the Rock’in Robin Dance Contest, BBQ Cook-off, photo contest and exhibit, the Character Project book signing and exhibit, Mr. and Mrs. Cirque, the David Hira Magic Show, The Classic Car Show, and that is just to name a few.

Scattered throughout the Reunion were many more attractions and vendor booths to enjoy and many things for the kid to do like the Kids Zone, Petting Zoo, Pony Ride, Laser Ops, & Rock Climbing Wall.

There was also plenty of food to go around.

The highlight of the night was the concert by Tracy Lawrence in which the audience attendance was double last years Saturday concert attendance according to Reunion officials.

See our photo slide show below of photos from all around the Reunion on Satruday.
