Thomas Martin “TOM” Cahill, Jr., age 91, of Mason, Texas, passed away peacefully at his home on the family ranch in rural Mason County, Wednesday, December 3, 2025. Tom, as he was known affectionately, was born on November 15, 1934, in The Bronx, New York to Thomas Martin Cahill, Sr. and Josephine (O’Grady) Cahill. He grew up in The Bronx after graduating from High School he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. While stationed at Brooks Air Force Base in San Antonio, he went on a blind date where he met Yvonne Nobles. They fell in love and were married on February 16, 1957, in San Antonio.
