The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following information Monday:

We’re excited to bring the Business Expo and Food Truck Cook-Off to the Brownwood Event Center this year. Join us August 21 for a full day of interacting with current and new and exciting businesses to our area; try out all of the great eats and food trucks competing for the Cash Grand Prize of the Cook-Off and People’s Choice Award. Goodie bags to the first to arrive and a bingo card with chances to win great prizes as well for all the attendees. This is a free event for the public to attend.

Reach out if you would like to register for a booth for your business or to be showcased to the public; or if you have a food truck that longs to be awarded the Grand Prize as Best Food Truck or People’s Choice! We look forward to seeing everyone there and sharing all of the great businesses that make this a thriving community.
