3.  Consideration of the minutes of regular meeting held on December 9, 2014.

6. Mr. Tony Krischke and Company will present FY 2013/2014 audit for council review and acceptance.

7. Consider appointing Tony Aaron, City Administrator, to Ambulance Oversight Committee.

8. Consideration of an Ordinance allowing a freeze on Ad Valorem Taxes for citizens 65 and over and/or disabled.

9. Consider recommendation of Planning and Zoning Commission for final plat approval of residential duplex on Live Oak Road.

10. Consider awarding bid for structure removal at 409 Longhorn Drive.

11. Discussion and consideration of establishing an agreement and an ordinance, if necessary, regulating fees for use of city ball fields.
