The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Brownwood Climate Controlled Storage on Tuesday, April 2, 2024.

A member of the Texas Self-Storage Association, Brownwood Climate Controlled Storage just completed a beautiful expansion of units in a variety of sizes. Renters can protect their belongings from the elements in a climate controlled unit that is located inside their secured building. This building is accessible through steel doors and a code for security. Regular outside units are available to suit items like lawn furniture and appliances. This will make load-ins simple for any vehicle. For RV, boat, trailer, and car owners, Brownwood Climate Controlled Storage has oversized, enclosed, and covered carport units that can be with or without electrical. All units are available to be paid, reserved, or rented online at brownwoodclimatecontrolledstorage.com and includes insurance for renters.

The Main office is open Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM located at 1811 Belle Plain, with the properties monitored by security cameras, a 6 ft. security fence, and gate-coded access. The office also has boxes, tape, and locks for purchase, making Brownwood Climate Controlled Storage an all-in-one and secure storage option for the community. For more information, please visit their website or give them a call at 325-399-3099.
