35th District Court Judge Mike Smith has announced his intention to seek re-election.  Smith posted the following on social media:

“I am excited to announce my intention to run for re-election as District Judge of the 35th District Court.  The 35th Judicial District includes Brown County and Mills County.  I was first elected in 2020 and it has been an honor to serve as District Judge for the last few years.  I will continue to work hard to earn your vote for re-election.  The primary election will be held in March 2024 and I urge you to make sure you are registered to vote.  Thank you!”
