Felony Offenders Sentenced in District Court

BrownCountyDistrictCourtLogoDistrict Attorney, Micheal Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Daniel Stephen Priester pled guilty to two separate felony offenses of Burglary of a Habitation-Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and was sentenced to 20 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jimmy Dale Burns pled guilty to the felony offense Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Luis Gerardo Alvarado pled guilty to the felony offenses of Online Solicitation of a Minor and Sexual Assault of a Child and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.

Jimmy Glen Walls pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Christopher Ray Bostick pled guilty to the felony offense of Robbery and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

David Quinn Ynostrosa, Jr. pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault Family Violence-Occlusion-Prior Conviction and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jeffrey Allan Jackson, on probation for the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated was revoked and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Sarah Lee Goodman pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further Goodman, on probation for the felony offense of Forgery, was revoked and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Gertrudiz Lopez, Jr., on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Building, was revoked and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Sammie Foster, on probation on two separate felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Jordon Noel Doucette, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Gary Dwayne Tilley, on probation for the felony offense of Theft over $1500 under $20,000 was revoked and sentenced to 10 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
