By a unanimous vote of 5-0, Brown County Commissioners voted Monday morning, April 26, 2021 to appoint Harold Hogan to fill the unexpired term of Justice of the Peace of Precinct 2.  It was announced by County Judge Dr. Paul Lilly that Hogan will be sworn-in at next Monday’s county commission meeting on May 3rd .

According to Precinct 2 Commissioner, Joel Kelton, a committee interviewed two applicants for the job.

Hogan will take the place of retiring Judge Mike Holder.
