The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Moses Fernando Valencia, on probation for two separate felony offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone was revoked and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
