The Brown County Museum of History shared the following information on social media Thursday:

Join us this Halloween for a one-of-a-kind haunting experience…

When the sun goes down, the Historic Brown County Jail takes on a whole new atmosphere… Step inside and explore the historic jail at your own pace as you make your way through dark hallways, shadowy cells, and the eerie spaces of one of Brownwood’s most historic buildings.

Expect a slow, unsettling walk through the jail after dark—where every creak, shadow, and darkened corner leaves you wondering what might be waiting just out of sight.

Are you brave enough to walk through the Historic Brown County Jail after dark?
