Number of Closed Sales:  43 – up 4.9% over June 2025

Median Price:  $195,000 – down 9.3% from June 2025

Total Days on Market:  Days on Market 57, Days to Close 42, Total Days 99 – 8 days fewer than June 2025

Active Listings:  233 – up 4.5% over June 2025

Months of Inventory:  6.1 – down 0.5 month from June 2025

Price Distribution:

below $100,000:  19.1%

$100,000 – 199,999:  33.3%

$200,000 – 299,999:  21.4%

$300,000 – 399,000:  7.1%

$400,000 – 499,999:  4.8%

$500,000 and above:  14.3%
