The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Kari Annette Andrews, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger, was revoked and sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
• Kirk Matthew Stewart, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
